The City of Croswell is accepting applications for the position of Ordinance Enforcement Officer. This position is responsible for enforcing municipal ordinances, investigating complaints, conducting property inspections, and working with residents, businesses, and property owners to maintain the health, safety, and appearance of the community.
Position Summary
The Ordinance Enforcement Officer serves as the City's primary enforcement official for municipal code and ordinance violations. The successful candidate will conduct inspections, document violations, issue notices and citations, when necessary, maintain accurate records, and work cooperatively with property owners to achieve voluntary compliance whenever possible.
