Saturday, Feb 10, from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m.
On-Site Registration: starting at 7:15 a.m.
Cost: $20 (hook and line only)
Prize Money:
Four Heaviest Legal Fish: $150/$100/$75/$50
(pike, salmon, lake trout, brown trout, walleye, steelhead, perch-minimum 12”)

Lexington Ice Fishing Contest
RULES
Prize Money: If fewer than 10 fishermen enter contest, prize money will be cut in half.
Legal fish are walleye, pike, salmon, lake trout, steelhead, brown trout, perch (perch must be 12” or longer)
$150 Heaviest legal fish caught
$100 Second Heaviest legal fish caught
$75 Third Heaviest legal fish caught
$50 Fourth Heaviest legal fish caught
Competitors will be fishing in the Lexington Harbor (hook and line only)
Fishing area will be designate by the tournament officials.
Fishing starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 11 a.m.…Anyone in the tournament fishing from 7:55 a.m. to 8 a.m. will be disqualified from the contest. Fish must be out of the water by 11 a.m. to be an official catch.
Weighing and measuring fish will be ongoing throughout the contest. Fishermen must notify officials when they catch a legal fish. Weight of fish will be determined by the officials on site.
Each fisherman may use as many lines in this event that are legally allowed in the Michigan Fishing Rules and Regulations. (NO SPEARING ALLOWED)
Violation of any of the above rules or any actions or conduct that the officials of the tournament deem inappropriate will result in the termination of that fisherman/s from the contest.
The organizers of this event have the right to cancel this event at any time. All rulings made by the contest officials will be final and may not be appealed by the participant/s.
